When going for a job interview, there are certain qualities one has to have to stand any chance of getting the job. Things like punctuality, good communication skills, presentation, attitude just to mention a few play a big part when employers access you.
Organisation and experience comes along when it's a high paying job, for example a person applying for a project manager post in an IT firm needs some work experience to be considered, with the ability to work with others, being patient, reliable and alot of IT skills.
